Kim Kardashian’s Beverly Hills starter home is looking for its next owner — for $5M

Kim Kardashian’s former Beverly Hills starter home is back on the market with a listing price of $5.09 million, which is slightly less than its $5.5 million asking price in 2017. This home, located at 3145 Abington Drive, is where Kardashian lived during her brief marriage to Kris Humphries in 2011. The marriage lasted only 72 days before Kardashian filed for divorce.

Kardashian originally purchased the gated property for $3.4 million in 2010 and sold it two years later for $3.6 million. The Tuscan-style villa is situated on a cul-de-sac and offers 3,800 square feet of living space, including five bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms.

Despite being sold in 2012, subsequent owners have retained some of Kardashian’s original furniture and decor, including a salon-style glam room adjacent to the main bedroom suite. The home also features a chef’s kitchen with a dual-sided fireplace that serves both the kitchen and the breakfast room/lounge area, as well as a home theater. Glass French doors from the kitchen lead out to a patio that is ideal for al fresco dining.

The property includes several outdoor amenities such as a pool, a waterfall, an outdoor kitchen and bar, a lit gazebo, a firepit, and a spacious yard. The front garden is accessible through custom iron French doors that open into a two-story entry foyer with intricate ironwork and hardwood floors.

Inside, the living and dining rooms both have fireplaces and views of the garden. The main bedroom suite is equipped with a fireplace, a sitting area, a custom walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with two separate dressing rooms.

The current owner, Jocelyn Chua Buen, purchased the home fully furnished. The property is listed by brokers Marco Salari and Brent Watson, who recently left the real estate firm Official and are now with The Beverly Hills Estates. Both brokers have declined to comment on the listing.
