Amber Luke: The Dragon Girl’s Beauty Journey
Amber Luke, known as the ‘Dragon Girl’ for her extensive tattoos, recently underwent a second eyeball tattoo procedure. This Australian woman, with 98% of her body tattooed, had experienced temporary blindness after her first eye tattoo but remains undeterred.
On May 18th, 29-year-old Amber traveled to São Paulo, Brazil, to have her eyeballs tattooed again by artist Gattoo Moreno. She successfully achieved her goal of blue and black sclera. “For me, it was about taking back what’s mine and was supposed to be mine in the first place,” she said. Amber took extra precautions this time, consulting optometrists and using vegan ink to avoid complications.
Amber’s first procedure was agonizing, but the second was painless. She credits her body modification artist for guiding her through this journey. After seven years, Amber feels she has finally achieved what she deserved.
Amber’s resilience and commitment to her unique appearance highlight that true beauty comes from authenticity and confidence, not societal norms.
