Kim Kardashian Reveals She Walked Madonna’s Dog In Exchange For The Singer’s Iconic Jewellery As She Reflects On Being Neighbours With The Queen Of Pop In New Vogue Documentary

Kim Kardashian has shared a fascinating childhood anecdote involving the Queen of Pop, Madonna. In a recent appearance on the Disney+ documentary In Vogue: The 90s, Kim disclosed that she and her sister Kourtney were neighbors with Madonna when they were young. The pop icon rewarded the Kardashian sisters for walking her dog with a shoebox full of neon rubber bracelets that Madonna was “so over.”

Kim recounted the experience, saying, “One day I went down to walk Madonna’s dog and she brought down a shoebox and gave it to me and Kourtney. We opened the box and it was all neon rubbery bracelets. She said, ‘Here girls, I am so over this phase.’” Kim and Kourtney proudly wore the bracelets to school, which led to amazed reactions from their peers.

In an interesting twist, Kim also revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that she became Madonna’s neighbor once again in her adulthood. The two even bumped into each other while trick-or-treating with their kids. Kim recounted, “We ran into each other actually trick-or-treating. We both had masks on and were going to the same house and then we looked at each other and I was like, ‘Madonna?’” She added that they were both in black ski masks, simply trying to let their children enjoy Halloween.

The documentary In Vogue: The 90s, set to stream on Disney+ starting September 13, offers a deep dive into the fashion industry of the 1990s. It features interviews with fashion icons such as Kate Moss, Nicole Kidman, and Stella McCartney. The series also includes insights from Vogue editors Hamish Bowles, Edward Enninful, Tonne Goodman, and Anna Wintour.

Kate Moss reflects on her experience during the 90s, addressing criticism she faced for allegedly promoting eating disorders. Moss expressed that the focus on her slim figure was intense, stating, “Parents would come up to me and say, ‘My daughter’s anorexic.’ It was awful. I think because I was just skinny, and people weren’t used to seeing skinny.”

The docuseries promises a comprehensive look at the influential fashion trends and personalities of the era.
