Kim Kardashian has no regrets about her whirlwind trip to Paris for Fashion Week. On the season 5 premiere of The Kardashians, filmed in fall 2023, the SKIMS founder, 43, prepares for a 12-hour trip to Paris Fashion Week, an excursion her family finds wild.
In a scene from the May 23 episode, Kim outlines her travel plans while on her private plane with Kris Jenner and Kris’ boyfriend, Corey Gamble. “So, I go to New York, six hours, to Paris for 15 hours, to Atlantic City, to Milan. My plane’s gonna go home, pick up my kids…So, I’m actually gonna have them drop me off in Milan. Then I have to go to Washington D.C,” she says, holding a glass of Champagne before a toast.
Kris, 68, comments on the hectic schedule, while Gamble, 43, calls for “safety, good energy and a positive mind” on the journey.
Reflecting on Kim’s plans in a confessional interview, Kendall Jenner, who was in Paris to walk in the Victoria Beckham fashion show, says, “God bless her soul. I have so much respect for the level of ‘give a f—‘ that she has…flying around to all these places and more power to her, for sure. But I just could never. It’s so much.”
In her own confessional, Kim questions the concern over her work habits. “Why is everyone so concerned that I work a lot? Everyone just has a different idea of what success is and looks like to them. I think you just should be non-judgmental of what that is. It could look like anything.”
